Good location on the border between the 11th + 20th arrondissement. There is a good variety of cafes and restaurants on site and if you are interested in street art, you can stroll through the streets here. Rooms + bathroom are newly renovated. The rooms facing the courtyard are so quiet that you can sleep well with open windows :)
The breakfast is very puristic: croissant or chocolate croissant ;)

Everything was good, liked city view from my double room. The bed was comfortable and there were a safe, central heating and a work desk to use. The hotel was in a comfortable location, very close to the subway.

The hotel met expectations. The property was nice, with a convenient and fantastic location near amazing cafes and bakeries, as well as the main metro line in Paris.- The staff were excellent, accommodating, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

Great value for the money! Had a really nice time during my vacation. The double room I stayed in was brand new, and it had a single bed. Also, the location is super convenient and amazing, being only 25 km away from the airport! 🌟

The location of this place is superb, right in front of a subway station, with a lovely restaurant, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making my stay during my vacation fantastic!

There are also many restaurants, cafes, and boutiques in the vicinity, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are equipped with amenities such as TV, wifi, mirror, and a hair dryer.
The condition of the building and rooms is not up to par, with issues such as power outlets coming out of the wall, lights not working, and water damage on the ceiling.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being very close to the metro station. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The breakfast provided was satisfactory with a good selection of food and drinks.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator in this hotel.
